1. Agreement Overview


This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Bennett Building Limited ("We", "Our", "Us") and the client ("You", "Your") for construction services provided by Bennett Building Limited. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Scope of Work


We will provide the agreed-upon services as outlined in the signed contract, including but not limited to construction, renovation, or repair services. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented and agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment Terms


The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the services provided. Payment schedules, including deposit amounts and due dates, will be outlined in the signed contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Project Timeline


We will provide an estimated project timeline. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or supply chain issues, may extend the completion date. We will notify you promptly of any changes to the timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities


You agree to provide access to the project site and necessary permits. Any delays caused by your failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays and additional charges.

6. Warranty and Guarantees


We provide a warranty on workmanship as outlined in the contract. Materials provided may be subject to manufacturer warranties. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors.

7. Termination of Contract


Either party may terminate this agreement in writing with reasonable notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for work completed up to the point of termination.
